Dourthe Wine Dinner

當日大家將品嚐6種優雅風格的波爾多葡萄酒，及5道精美菜餚。

<Cocktail Party> - Dourthe Bordeaux Grands Terroirs Blanc 2016 , Bordeaux

<TO START> - Dourthe N° 1 Sauvignon Blanc 2015 , Bordeaux

Red tuna salad, Grilled and sliced Red Tuna, with crunchy vegetables. Sesame dressing.

<1st COURSE> - Chateau La Garde Blanc 2014 , Pessac-Leognan

Cod fish,Pan fried and served with young spinach and white wine sauce.

<2nd COURSE> - Chateau Grand Barrail Lamarzelle Figeac 2011 , Saint Emilion Grand Cru

Pork Belly, Slow cooked and grilled. green cabbage with orange zest. Brown jus   

<3rd COURSE> - Chateau Belgrave 2015 , Bordeaux GCC 5th Growths

Beef tenderloin, roasted and sliced. New potatoes with garlic and parsley butter.

Lamb Rack, grilled lamb rack and confit bell pepper

<DESSERT> - Carmes de Rieussec 2013 , Sauternes

Signature Crème brûlée with seasonal mix fruits
