A tribute to south Italy with delicacies from Puglia & Campania, the regions famous for Pizza, Burrata & Mozzarella cheese. Italian Chef Gianni will make home-made Mozzarella live for guests to enjoy at its freshest. Rustic bites will be accompanied by 9 premium wines from the same regions.
