Sarment and Pirata are pleased to partner with San Polino for an exclusive wine pairing dinner.

Hosted by Daniel Fabbro, the latest generation of the family, 4 beautiful expressions of pure, terroir-driven Montalcino wines will be paired with an incredible 8-course menu crafted with true Italian flavours and curated by Stefano Rossi who leads the kitchen at Pirata.
